On November 9 and 10, GMC along with the Tampa Buckaneers hosted an event to promote GMC vehicles. It was hosted at the International Plaza in Tampa. Guests visited the parking lot near Nordstrom to test-drive GMC vehicles and meet some of their favorite Buckaneer starts. On hand were Earnest Gram, Doug Martin, Dashon Goldson on Saturday, and Gerald McCoy, Vincent Jackson, and Mike Williams on Sunday.
Our job was to make the GMC vehicles spotless.
On Friday, we arrived with 3 crew members to do the job. In 4 hours we completed 36 vehicles. The work included polishing the rims and the chrome, shining the tires, spray-on wax application and wipe down, cleaning the windows, and removing stickers from windows. Each vehicle had to look fantastic.
